PTS DII Gas Distribution Panels are similar to our PAO-DII Fluid Distribution Panels. They are designed to individually distribute, monitor, and protect one or more of your valuable products from the higher than required flow of a larger PTS, Portable Temperature Servo Conditioner or HPG, High Pressure Gas Conditioner.

You can also use PTS-DII Gas Distribution panels with any other source of temperature controlled gas, including a competitor's air or gas source. These systems are individually assembled to match the product being tested. They can be designed for mounting in standard Electronic Industries Association (EIA) 19” or 24” relay rack consoles or as free standing, wall, table, or floor mounted systems. They are sometimes divided into a Control Interface Panel and a Gas Monitoring Panel or integrated into a single unit as shown in the photograph.

The Gas Monitoring Panel typically includes:

• A digital display of gas flow calibrated in CFM, pounds per minute, or pounds per hour interlocked with a flow transducer.
• A digital display of load pressure drop interlocked with a precision differential pressure transducer.
• A digital display of supply and return temperature.
• A mushroom process interlock with audible and visual alarm.
• A system on-off switch.

The Control Interface Panel typically includes:

• A gas supply connection.
• A air flow control valve.
• System transducers.

Often, a single unit is designed to distribute and control gas to three or more loads simultaneously. Each one with their own flow control system, flow isolation dampers, and pressure, flow, and temperature monitoring equipment. Electronic temperature and flow limit monitoring and alarm systems are also sometimes selected.

These types of units are offered for use with both the Bemco PTS Portable Temperature Servo Conditioners and the Bemco HPG, High Pressure Gas Conditioners.

These panels can also be used with other manufacturer's equipment.
